Terms of Service

These terms govern ride requests, booking fees, service conditions, text messaging consent, and related policies for EVODE, a service of CFL Professional Solutions, LLC.

By booking a ride with EVODE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Booking and Payment Policy

By booking a ride with EVODE, you agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your phone number, checking the SMS consent box, and clicking “Verify Phone,” you expressly consent to receive a one-time verification code and transactional text messages from EVODE, a service of CFL Professional Solutions, LLC, including verification codes, booking confirmations, and ride updates related to your request.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We may maintain records of SMS consent, including the phone number, date and time consent was provided, and verification method used for compliance purposes.

2. Booking Fee

All ride bookings booked more than 24 hours in advance will be reviewed and may require a 15% or $15.00 (whichever is larger) non-refundable booking fee at the time of reservation. This fee secures your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of the ride.

Note: The Booking Fee is shown separately in the price breakdown for transparency and is included in the Estimated Price.

3. Rush-Hour Upcharge

A $10.00 rush-hour upcharge applies when the scheduled pickup time or the pickup time plus trip duration falls between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This upcharge is included in the Estimated Price and is due upon final payment of the ride balance.

4. After-Hours Upcharge

A 25% after-hours upcharge applies when the scheduled pickup time or the pickup time plus trip duration falls between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM (overnight window). This upcharge is included in the Estimated Price and is due upon final payment of the ride balance.

5. Wait Time & No-Show Policy

Your fare includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary wait time at the pickup location. After the initial 15 minutes, an additional charge of $25.00 for each 15-minute period (or portion thereof) will apply if the driver is able to continue waiting.

If the passenger has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and no arrangements have been communicated, the booking may be treated as a No-Show. In this case, the ride will be cancelled and the booking fee will be forfeited.

6. Refund Policy

The booking fee is fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup are not eligible for a refund. Once a ride has started, no monies are eligible for a refund.

7. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the final destination. Payment can be made in cash, via credit card, or through any other accepted payment method specified at the time of booking.

8. Routing & Traffic Delays

Your Estimated Price is calculated using Google Maps at the time of booking based on the planned route and projected travel time, and it includes any applicable rush-hour or after-hours upcharges shown at booking. The actual route taken may differ due to real-time conditions.

If circumstances beyond our control—such as traffic congestion, accidents, construction, road closures, weather, or law-enforcement activity— cause the actual trip to exceed the quoted time by more than 15 minutes, the fare may be adjusted at the destination to account for the additional service time. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate in effect at the time of service. We will communicate any material changes when safe and practical to do so.

If the actual trip duration is within 15 minutes of the quoted time, the quoted service price stands. Requests made by the passenger for route changes or additional stops may also result in additional time charges. This section addresses en-route travel time; pickup wait time before the ride begins is governed by Section 5 (Wait Time & No-Show Policy).

9. Modifications and Delays

If you wish to modify your booking, you must contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed. Delays caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
